Your role
As Head of Production, you take professional responsibility for manufacturing, filling, labeling, and the warehouse. Together with your team, you develop processes further, ensure smooth production operations, and help develop our production in a sustainable, future-oriented way. Your tasks include in particular:

• Professional responsibility for manufacturing, filling, labeling, and warehouse
• Planning, controlling, and continuously improving production processes
• Planning and coordinating production volumes and ensuring economical, on-time production
• Further developing organizational and process structures in production
• Professional guidance and targeted development of employees in production areas
• Responsibility for compliance with GMP, quality, and occupational safety standards
• Analyzing relevant KPIs and initiating and implementing continuous improvement measures
• Close collaboration with quality management, purchasing, product development, and sales

What you bring

• A completed technical degree (e.g. food technology, process engineering, or comparable) or a master craftsman/technician qualification in a production environment
• Several years of professional experience in a responsible production role, ideally in cosmetics, pharma, food, or natural products
• Experience in professionally managing production areas and optimizing production processes
• Analytical thinking and a passion for continuously developing processes
• A hands-on personality with a strong sense of responsibility, a forward-looking approach, and enjoyment in motivating people toward shared goals
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration
• Confident use of ERP systems and common MS Office applications
• Very good German language skills

Das sind deine Aufgaben

• Warenannahme sowie Kontrolle von Lieferungen auf Vollständigkeit und Qualität 
• Einlagerung, Kommissionierung und Bereitstellung von Rohstoffen, Verpackungsmaterialien und Fertigwaren 
• Versorgung der Produktion mit den benötigten Materialien 
• Be- und Entladen von Lieferfahrzeugen sowie innerbetrieblicher Transport von Waren 
• Verpacken und Versandvorbereitung unserer Produkte 
• Durchführung von Bestandskontrollen und Inventuren 
• Buchung von Warenbewegungen im ERP-System Sage 
• Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Lagerprozessen 
• Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Arbeitssicherheit im Lagerbereich 

Das bringst du mit 

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik, Fachlagerist oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation 
• Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Lager- oder Logistikbereich 
• Gültiger Staplerschein oder die Bereitschaft, diesen zeitnah zu erwerben 
• Sorgfältige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise 
• Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie Qualitäts- und Ordnungssinn 
• Teamfähigkeit und Freude an einer bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit 
• Körperliche Belastbarkeit 
• Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen ist von Vorteil 
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse
